The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency has published their Year In Review.  The digital publication provides a pictorial summary of the efforts made worldwide to account for missing personnel.  From Oct 2017 to Sept 2018, 203 additional POW/MIA who have been accounted for.

Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago about 11 a.m. Sept. 16, they hope to raise more than a few bucks for a good cause. They hope to raise the consciences of everyone they pass — 3-by-5-foot POW/MIA flags fluttering — along their 1.5-hour, 42-mile ride from North Chicago to the Woodstock Harley-Davidson dealership.

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman Stephen F. Lynch (D-
 Boston)’s legislation H.R. 1670, the National POW/MIA
 Remembrance Act of 2015 , passed unanimously on the floor of the
 United States House of Representatives.  H.R. 1670 honors
 American Prisoners of War/Missing in Action (POW/MIA) by placing
 a chair on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol.  H.R. 1670 has
 bipartisan support from 45 House cosponsors.

Woodstock, IL, February 27, 2016:  The Rolling Thunder Chapters of Illinois will present and dedicate a Chair of Honor for all POW’s and MIA’s at Woodstock Harley Davidson.  The chair will remain perpetually empty until all of our Country’s soldiers are home.  At 11:00 am, Rolling Thunder will present a Remembrance Table Ceremony to Honor all Branches of Service and the Honor Chair to will be presented and dedicated for the over 88,000 POW/MIA’s and their families.

Rolling Thunder supports House Resoultion 1670 the placement of a Chair of Honor in the US Capitol Rotunda in Washington D.C.  Your action is need NOW to make sure this bill has a chance to pass.  We need you to call The Speaker of The House of Representives asking that this be moved to the floor for a vote.
